Still discovering...

First ipad purchase ever for me! So far so good. I am still discovering all the greatness and possibilities of the ipad air. I immediately bought a good case (Survivor for ipad air) which has also been great. Battery is lasting a good long time. My son has played hours of games. I've tried out the iphone to ipad texting which is nice too. No complaints at this time.

Didn't send me what I ordered

I ordered this "iPad Air 5th Generation" and they sent me a first generation iPad Air, which is no longer supported by Apple and can't even download simple applications. It took them three days to issue a shipping label to return and they say it will take another week, at least, to issue a refund.

Broken home button

You would think they would have had an inspection before sending it out, the home button is slit in half. I bought it for my kid and i don’t want him to cut himself when he pushes it. I don’t want to send it in as a return, is there away you can fix it?
