Our advance technology can greatly increase the safety of the machine.

The first lock is designed between the base and the product tray. The adjustable numeric nob is locked when the product tray is being removed for cleaning; the design aims to prevent injury during cleaning process.

The second lock is designed on the sharpening attachment. Our KWS MS-10SL meat slicer will automatically stop running once the machine detects the sharpening attachment is taken away.

The third lock is designed on the belt wheel behind the blade. Our KWS MS-10SL meat slicer will stop running once it detects the blade guard disc is loosen.
