The ultrasonic industrial humidifier is a device that uses the principle of ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation to atomize water into ultra-fine of 1-5 microns, and then uses a pneumatic device to diffuse the water mist into the air, thereby achieving uniform air humidification without heating adding chemicals, allowing it to float in the air, thus achieving humidification. Environment and Installation Check
Ensure the device is installed correctly: Verify the machine's stability. It must be placed on a level surface (to prevent tilting, which may cause water leakage or uneven atomization). Keep away from heat sources, corrosive gases, and large appliances (to avoid interference or damage).
Inspect mist outlet ducts: Verify all connections are secure, free of blockages or damage. Position the air outlet toward the target humidification area (avoid direct airflow toward equipment or products).
Water Circuit and Power Supply Check
Water Connection: Ensure the inlet hose is securely connected with no leaks. Open the water tank lid and add clean tap water or deionized water (avoid impurities clogging the atomization plate; never use dirty water or saltwater). The water level must be above the black sensor head of the atomization module (a level too low will trigger protection and prevent startup; too high may cause overflow).
Power Supply Inspection: Verify that the device's power supply voltage is 110V, and inspect the power cord for any damage.
Power on the unit and activate the green switch. The indicator light on the control panel will illuminate. You can now select the control mode manually and adjust settings using the "∨" and "∧" keys.
If using humidity control mode, please install the humidity controller first.
Precautions:
For the first use, it should be placed at room temperature for half an hour before turning on and using.
Use clean water with a temperature below 40 degrees.
Keep other home appliances away from the machine while it is working.
Please do not add additives that are not produced or supervised by a professional production line to the water.
Do not place the humidifier on hollow objects to avoid resonance noise.
Please do not turn on the machine without water.
The humidifier's water tank and the atomization module inside should be cleaned regularly, generally once every 2-3 months.
When the humidifier system is not used for a long time, the excess water in the water tank should be drained to prevent the water from soaking the atomization module for a long time, accelerating the aging rate and affecting the service life of the humidifier.
Since the size of items placed in the factory, the number of machines, air intake, exhaust, and temperature levels all affect the indoor humidity, is recommended to appropriately increase the humidification capacity when selecting the model.
