UNNECTO LIMITED WARRANTY 1. WARRANTY COVERAGE Unnecto warrants that all Unnecto-branded handsets (“Products”) purchased by end users through authorized e‑commerce channels are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of: • Handsets: 1 year from original purchase date Warranty applies solely to the first end‑user purchaser and is non-transferable. To get warranty please reach out to Unnecto Support Center at: https://unnecto.com/pages/contact Once you access the URL provided, please scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see “Warranty” and then click on “Submit a Request” button to fill out the form to validate warranty and begin the repair service process. Repaired or replaced units will be sent back to the end-user/purchaser in 7 working days via ground shipping inside the USA. International shipping is not supported. 2. WHAT IS NOT COVERED This warranty does not cover: • Damage from accidents, drops, misuse, neglect, improper storage, liquid contact, moisture, sand, dirt, electrical surge, or improper charging accessories. • Cosmetic issues including scratches, dents, broken screens, worn paint, or normal wear and tear. • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, software modifications, rooting, or use of non‑Unnecto parts. • Devices with altered, removed, or illegible serial number/IMEI labels. • Damage caused by using a charger, battery, or accessories not approved by Unnecto. • Loss or corruption of user data. Unnecto, can repair the unit without warranty with a cost. This cost will be provided by the service center to the final user and with its payment the repair will be processed and the fixed device returned to the final user within 7 days after payment is received. 3. UNNECTO’S OBLIGATIONS Unnecto will, at its sole discretion: • Repair the Product using new, refurbished, or reconditioned components. • Replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product of equal or superior functionality. Repaired or replaced units are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer. All replaced devices and components become property of Unnecto. Unnecto is not obligated to replace a device until the defective product has been returned and inspected through the official RMA process. 4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES To obtain warranty service, customers must: 1. Request an RMA authorization at https://unnecto.com/pages/contact 2. Provide proof of purchase showing the date, seller, and item purchased. 3. Remove their SIM card from the phone prior to shipping, as Unnecto will not be responsible for lost SIM cards or data in the device from end user. 4. Ship the Product—at customer’s expense—to the designated Unnecto service address using protective packaging. Products returned without an RMA number or without proof of purchase may be rejected. If Unnecto determines the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer will be notified of repair costs or return‑shipping charges. Customers are responsible for backing up their data. Unnecto is not liable for data loss during service. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law: • All implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the applicable warranty period. • Unnecto is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or commercial damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or downtime. • In no event shall Unnecto’s liability exceed the purchase price of the Product. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so these limits may not apply to all consumers. 6. THIRD‑PARTY APPLICATIONS & ACCESSORIES Unnecto is not responsible for performance, compatibility, or functionality of third‑party software, accessories, apps, or equipment used with the device. 7. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT All disputes arising from this warranty or the sale/use of the Product will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules. No class actions or consolidated claims are permitted. The Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Florida apply. 8. SEVERABILITY If any section of this warranty is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. 9.
