Precaution:
1. The saw blade of the brick cutter must be equipped with a protective cover. When installing the machine, check whether the saw blade has cracks or is damp. It can be used only if it is qualified.
2. When cutting bricks, the width of the cut part must not be less than 10mm. In the brick cutting process, the direction and position of the bricks must not be changed to prevent twisting and breaking the saw blade.
3. Brick-cutting operators should wear protective glasses, masks and gloves.
4. In case of mechanical failure in the brick cutting process, the power supply should be immediately cut off. It is strictly forbidden to repair components while the machine is running.
5. Do not touch the running parts during operation.
Do not put the hands into the machine.
Do not allow people or objects to be located next to the running parts of the machine.
Operation Method:
1. Check whether the saw blade, belts and other parts are intact.
2. Connect the machine to the 220 single-phase power supply with reliable grounding.
3. Place the brick on the operation platform and let the brick lean against the baffles.
4. Push the operation platform and cut the brick as needed.
5. After cutting, disconnect the power supply and clean the machine thoroughly.
