OEM Grade Carburetor Rebuild Kit for Suzuki King Quad 300 (2000-2002)
Comprehensive carburetor rebuild kit for the final three years of Suzuki King Quad 300 production. For the 2000 model year, Suzuki made a significant carburetor change on the King Quad 300, switching from the larger Mikuni BST31SS (31mm) to the smaller Mikuni BSR29SS (29mm). This change was part of Suzuki's effort to improve fuel economy and emissions compliance while maintaining the proven 280cc air-cooled OHC engine. The BSR29SS features a revised needle spring design with only two screws on top (vs four on the BST31SS), making it easily identifiable. Despite the smaller carburetor bore, the 2000-2002 King Quad 300 maintains the same approximately 25 HP output thanks to optimized jetting and improved fuel atomization. The engine retains its undersquare configuration (68.5mm bore × 76.0mm stroke) that produces strong low-RPM torque through the 5-speed plus reverse transmission. IMPORTANT: This kit is for 2000-2002 models ONLY. The 1991-1999 King Quad 300 with BST31SS carburetor requires kit 26-1097. NBR rubber resists ethanol.
