Perhaps a little thinner than expected, but therefore easy to manage / adjust in my room. Lays perfectly flat and has just the right about of 'cushion'. The rubber backing is thin and the carpet hasn't moved a hair. Also, I didn't take measurements before ordering ... this rug is (happily) much larger than I expected! This carpet added a subtle, muted a splash of color to my otherwise unremarkable room. Definitely worth the price.

Thin rug

I guess thin rugs are the only rugs for the $100 range. I like the color pattern. It matches with my couch very well. It's supposed to be machine washable but it's too big to fit in a typical home washer. It's easy to lay out without any assistance.
