The Forno Capriasca 48 Inch French Door Dual Fuel Range in white with antique brass accents combines professional styling with powerful performance for the home kitchen. Its French door design provides up to 12 inches of extra clearance, making it easier to load and access the oven. The cooktop is equipped with eight sealed dual-ring brass burners delivering a total of 160,000 BTU, offering precise control for everything from high-heat searing to gentle simmering. Heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates keep cookware stable and allow smooth movement across the recessed enamel cooking surface, which helps contain spills for quick cleanup. The double electric ovens provide a combined 6.58 cu. ft. capacity with 9,700 watts of cooking power. Both interiors are finished in durable speckled blue enamel with triple-layer glass oven doors, while the right oven features a true convection fan for fast and even results. Premium accessories are included: six stainless steel telescopic oven racks, an LP conversion kit, wok ring, reversible grill/griddle, rotisserie kit with skewers, and an air fry basket with rack and drip pan. Zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings add a refined touch and long-lasting durability.

Emailed Customer Service & Got a Prompt Response!
Although we bought our range a couple of months ago, we are only now installing it in our new kitchen. It was tricky finding someone licensed to do the LP Conversion and we were a week out to Thanksgiving. I was wondering if I could still use the electric ovens before the burners were fitted for LP. I emailed customer service and got a response in hours! And they sent me videos for the installer! And helped me with my warranty registration. Wow, how refreshing to have a Customer Service department that actually does customer service!

48″ Capriasca Dual Fuel Gas Range & Electric Oven • 8 Italian Sealed Burners • FFSGS6187-48
My initial reaction? Very impressive! It hasn't been hooked up yet so more on performance later. My first impression is that the range is built well. Everything fits together well. The burners and grates are extremely solid, heavy pieces. The wire racks are just as impressive and glide smoothly. Supplying 3 per oven is generous. The metal lighted control knobs, weight of the doors action: extremely nice. I did a lot of research before I bought and this range has more power and better features than the other imported brands and similar features to the domestic brands... for half the price. All these features, power, and substance in most areas at an incredibly low price mean that there must be cost cutting somewhere. The stainless sheetmetal panels clearly feel like a lighter gage than the domestics (compare the overall weight to the others) which may dent easier. Also when I unpackaged it I found several screws at the bottom of the box. I also found several loose screws on the range. It is assembled with sheetmetal screws and many were stripped out and could not be tightened fully. Maybe a switch to rivets would be better? I am very impressed overall. This is a beautiful well built range. I love it so far.
