The FIXPARTS Foam roller offers excellent pressure resistance and rapid rebound. It provides a gentle, non-irritating massage to muscles on the back, legs, waist and hips. The external foam mesh texture helps to reduce muscle stiffness and relieve exercise-related soreness and tension. As you can see in the picture, the average form roller on the right side of the picture doesn't provide the external foam mesh and cannot penetrate muscles between ribs on the back because of its flat structure.
