For all the aches and pains
My boyfriend and I keep this stuff on standby! We both work out and so we are using this on a frequent basis, the lidocaine helps to temporarily numb and relieve the area allowing for us to relax and sleep better. I like the mess free application and mild smell compared to others

If you are in the military than it's safe to assume you have Icyhot lol. This is great for applying to achy joints or old injuries prior to your annual fitness test, provides enough relieve so you can do your testing components without any pain or reduced pain. I am not saying This is a fit for injuries, but sometimes we have aches and pains that can't be fixed and this is good for that.
