The XPG MARS 980 BLADE 1TB PCIe Gen5 x4 M.2 2280 solid state drive delivers high-speed internal storage for gaming laptops and desktops. Supporting NVMe 2.0 and built on an advanced 6nm controller, it improves power efficiency and thermal performance on PCIe Gen5 platforms. Sequential read and write speeds reach up to 14000MB/s and 13000MB/s. Actual performance may vary depending on system configuration and motherboard support. SLC caching and a DRAM cache buffer enhance responsiveness and data access speeds. The drive supports up to 2000K and 1650K 4K random IOPS for demanding workloads. Compatible with PCIe 4.0 and 3.0 systems and designed to fit the PlayStation 5 expansion slot. Built with 232-layer 3D NAND flash and backed by a 5-year limited warranty for long term reliability.
