Three out of four isn't terrible, I suppose.

Seats came on time. No problems. The chairs seem solid, but time will tell. When I opened the final package to build the chair, both armrests were damaged, so I couldn't since the components fit together. I requested a return/refund and will likely repurchase.

Great lounge.

Negative reviews/pics nearly kept me from ordering. Mine came intact and was simple to assemble. The weight of the pieces made assembly simpler with two persons to line the holes, but we had no problems; took 20 minutes. Despite the tiny cushion, I'm pleased with my purchase and would buy another.

Solid and beautiful lounger, with excellent client service.

Customer service was fast and replaced the broken seat component within days. Chair assembly was simple. The chair pad fits well and looks great. Not comfortable, however the look makes up for the wood and flat material. Great feature: the sliding tray may come out on any side. Love it!
