Monster Hunt follows a twelve-year-old boy who discovers his family comes from a long line of monster hunters. After a terrifying night when his parents and older brother mysteriously disappear, he learns the truth: they hunt creatures like vampires, werewolves, minotaurs, and other monsters lurking in the dark.
Determined to join the family legacy, he begins intense training and eventually accompanies them on hunts. During his first real outing, he discovers his best friend Lucas has become a werewolf. Instead of killing him, the family captures Lucas and searches for a way to help him control his transformation.
Lucas eventually proves he can manage his powers and joins the family in hunting other dangerous creatures. Together, they face increasingly dangerous missions, navigating loyalty, secrecy, and the moral weight of hunting monsters-especially when those monsters were once human.
