These really work!

These have almost entirely stopped my hot flashes! I was having up to ten, very disruptive, flashes a day, wherein, I felt like I was going to explode before I could peel off some clothes or get a fan/ac in my face. I couldn't afford the $800 monthly prescription my doctor gave me to address them. After a few days of taking these natural supplements, the flashes stopped almost entirely. Works for me!

I'm a Walmart associate but I've used this product for a few years prior to employment. I like that it's all natural and even vegan. It may take 60 to 90 days to be in full effect; so I took 2 per day at first but now I take 2 every other day and it works fine. It won't completely alleviate all symptoms but it certainly reduces them sufficiently.
