Premier Lock® extends a two year limited warranty to the original user of our products against mechanical or finish defects. If there is an issue with our product, we will make sure to take the necessary steps to provide you with a replacement and ensure customer satisfaction. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims if a proof of purchase is not provided. Damage by misuse, abuse, or alteration will not be covered under this warranty.
