These are my training shoes for 1-3 mile runs. I'm a novice runner and run between 1-3 miles at a time. Usually between a 6:30-9 minute pace depending on the raining I am doing. These shoes are great for hard concrete and offer plenty of cushion. The Priceline of the product made these a no brainer

Great for flat-foot, hyperpronating bigger runners

Very comfortable running shoe. I hyperpronate and have inserts, and these (paired with the inserts) help me maintain a neutral stride. They have good cushioning without being excessive. They are lightweight, are good quality, and come in a variety of widths. I got mine in 11 EE. The fit is accurate. I am 236lbs and I can run 2 miles in these without any pain. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone with flat, wide feet that needs stability and cushioning.
