Google Hub with Assistant (2nd Gen) - Charcoal

Pay for new once, but this seller send me the used once, when I look at the box I knew right then this is had been used because I own one bough it new, it came with plastic wrapper these is not, this is a no, no going to return back to seller.

Item was listed as new, however the box arrived open an it was clear a used unit was placed inside. While Walmart was pleasent to deal with, the actual seller did not respond to me at all.
