Strong Fan With Remote

I got this to replace one that quit working (different brand and 11 yrs old). I especially liked that it had a remote. I use this in the bedroom on hot days as the bedroom is on the hot corner of the house and runs as much as 10 degrees warmer than the room on the other side of the hallway. Top speed is very strong and not as noisy as I expected. It is adjustable in height and the remote makes it good to change speed or turn off/on when needed.

nice, quiet pedestal fan w/remote!

I like this 16" pedestal fan. It is replacing an old 18" fan. Even though it is 2" smaller it still sends a good breeze out. The pedestal has a very small footprint but it is heavy, it isn't going to tip over. It is pretty quite. It is my experience that the fans with a thin wire grill are quieter than the plastic grills. The remote control is great, none of my other fans have that! Don't even have to get off the couch to turn it on. Of course it has the usual 3 speeds and oscillates. On low speed you can barely hear it. Easy to adjust the tilt feature to redirect the airflow. Not sure I need the timer but now that I have a fan with one, I may find it useful if summer ever gets here in northern Wisconsin!

This is a really great fan for my garage. It moves the air in and out. And does a great job. It cools the large space and the remote works great, so I don't have to worry about getting up and changing speeds when it starts getting too humid. I would purchase this again!
