Problems with product and pricing

first one bolt on one chair was damaged and would not thread into nut. Contacted seller concerning this issue and no response back at this time. Also the chair price at purchased was 89.99 per chair and seller overcharged with new rate of 97.99. Requested refund for difference and have not heard back from seller and that was over the 48 hour timeline provided when I emailed Company. Instructions are a bare minimum which makes assembly a bit harder to complete.
