This unit is perfect if all you want to do is have hot water on tap. Sounds simple but not all brands will keep the water as hot as you might like. This unit has a temperature gauge which lets you choose hot > 212 or warm and somewhere in between with a quality stainless finish. Larger units 50 cups and above have this temperature gauge while the smaller units don't but come with detachable power cords. Water levels are measured in liters and the unit will hold a more generous cup size than most.
