My grandchildren fell in love with Cookie, Candi and Coco through their first book and coloring book. They love to pretend they are the triplets! Not only is the Pony Race Adventure exciting at every wild turn, but most importantly we talked about whether they would have stopped to help the mean cowboy. It's also a story about forgiveness. I must admit Granny Rosie is a favorite of mine. The illustrations tell the story, evoke emotion and engage young readers consistent throughout the book.My grandchildren and I (lOl) can't wait for the next book.Enjoy.
