Quality

I just bought these for my boys this spring and so I don't have any comments on it's wear and tear. Although, it appears to be well made with nice features such as thumb holes to keep the coat lining inside gloves when playing out in the snow. I imagine it will be able to take lots of little boy winter activities. Overall I am pleased with the purchase and I have no complaints. Fits true to size.

Perfect for my little guy!

This coat is very warm! My little one had a solid build sizes range from 2T in pans to 4 in shirts so I went up to have it last through winter into spring. It is a bit long on him but keeps him dry and warm and doesn't slow him down one bit. I love that the sleeves have fleece/elastic to support mittens and are not too long. Tons of fun in the snow and perfect for daycare recess.

Old

I bought this coat for my son when he was in middle school (he's now 36 and I have worn it all these years). It fits me perfectly but your sizes have changed in 22 years. The one I have now is a L(14-16). But your 14-16 is now an extra large so I'm confused as to what size to purchase. I'm thinking the XL. Also, does the new one also zip up?
