The image always shows three pens. I never imagined that only one would arrive. I should have read the fine print as my mother would say. I was carried away by the image, the video and the reviews that also show the three pens. In my personal opinion it's too small for the price, plus they only ship one. I could not return it because one of the hospital patients to whom I was going to give it, saw it and accepted. Due to the deception of the images, the other two patients were left without receiving them.
