The board is made of high-quality, thickened PP material and features an ergonomic handle for comfortable grip. The EVA kneeling pad provides additional support, and the built-in silent roller runs at less than 54db. The bottom of each board has a thick non-slip patch that can bear up to 330 pounds, ensuring a safe and quiet workout experience. The package includes: 1 foldable Pilates board, 2 grip handles, 2 resistance bands, 1 Pilates bar, 1 balance cone, and 1 knee pad.
