Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by misuse, improper installation, alteration, and exposure to hazardous or corrosive chemicals, shipping damage, or other accident or casualty. MJM International warrants only the parts of the product manufactured by MJM, PVC pipe frame and fittings. If an issue arises covered by the warranty, MJM reserves the right to send replacement components for the repair of the product or replace the complete frame. Any components such as Mesh Material / Solid Vinyl Material, Seats, Shelves, Rails, Bins, Casters, or any component subject to normal wear and tear has a 6 month warranty. MRI And Total Lock Casters have a 1 year warranty. All warranties will be null and void if any alterations have been made to the product by the customer.
