This item brings back of the time of the Imperial Court

Purchased to begin a collection for my grand daughter, it was superceded my expectations. One can almost feel the touch of royality in it . The description of the egg was absolutely on spot. The workmanship is terrific. Purchase this or any similiar item with confidence. Just be sure to check your selection carefully and read the reviews prior to making a purchase.

Empress Galina Egg is beautiful

This egg is gorgeous!!! It is very heavy and well-crafted. It looks so stately and elegant, it could be right at home at the Palace of Versailles. Not sure why they call it the Empress Galina though. This egg is a reproduction of the Royal Danish egg, created by Carl Faberge in 1903. These Faberge eggs are so famous, they have their own Wikipedia page. Type in "Royal Danish" to see what the original looks like.
