The elastic on the top and bottom are way too tight and restrict circulation. Even the largest size on a medium arm. Way too tight.

Soft %26 comfy but order two sizes larger

As with most reviews of this product, the sizing is much smaller than would be expected for use on the elbow. Probably sizing is more accurate for use on the heel. My arms are not especially large or muscular and XXL feels tight after a few hours and I have to take it off. Soft %26 comfy otherwise.
