Horrible customer experience

I orders this set to arrive in time to move into my new home, of which my sets for my children arrived, but for this specific one I had the dresser(mirror) not arrive. When attempting to get the company to replace that select piece I would be forced to return the entire set (1-2 week wait) and ALSO wait for the new one to arrive (1-2 weeks also) when I'd be forced to sleep with my mattress on the floor the entire time; even with a refund I'd be out my money for (2-3 weeks) and in the wait for some other piece to come. So now I'm forced to keep the sets and order another one to match.

The dressers were both damaged presumably (top is cracked in two places and drawer front falling off) in shipping. I paid for furniture assembly and the only way to remedy it is to return all the furniture. I'm on Day 5 of waiting to see how they can handle it. It doesn't make sense to return all the furniture and I don't want to have to pay for assembly again. In addition, the nightstand didn't have the electronic charging capability as listed in features.
