They go on beautifully over acrylic base coat colors or any glazed surface. Coverage is smooth and brush-on application is easy. Plus, this new formula has been revised to dry more quickly; dries to the touch in two hours. Waterbased for easy cleanup. Brushes rinse off easily with water; if needed, rinse brush with fabric softener to help remove glitter. Self-sealing.
