Enjoy fully adjustable coverage. The telescopic extension arm allows you to easily modify the projection and angle by loosening a locking screw, letting you customize the shade as the sun moves. The awning is manually operated with a convenient 59.75-inch metal handle for smooth opening and closing.
Installation is straightforward with all necessary hardware included. The package comes with mounting brackets, expansion screws for concrete/brick/stucco surfaces, and wood screws for wood-framed homes. We recommend installing it 98.5 to 137.75 inches above the ground on a solid surface capable of supporting at least 52 lbs. The awning's overall size is 155.5 inches wide by 96.5 inches deep (when extended), providing a maximum shade area of 104 square feet. It arrives in a stylish Dark Gray color.
