Dove Men+Care Bar 3 In 1 Cleanser Body, Face & Shaving Extra Fresh, 3.75 oz 4 Bars

First, I'm a fan of soap because the environmental waste from plastic bottles of body wash is a big concern (but I do keep it around for guests), so I was looking for a reasonably priced soap that is not drying like the cheaper deodorant bars. I'm on my second buy of this soap. I LIKE the 3in1 utility. Good for BODY: Lather is smooth and silky, I presume from the moisturizer. I was skeptical about the FACE part, because I was told long ago not to wash face with soap because it's drying. However, I was pleased to note I get no drying feel from this soap. In fact, it has just as good a feel with just as good a result as my leading affordable moisturizing cleanser (which btw I've been using for decades and it seems like the quality isn't as good as it once was). As for the SHAVE, it does make a good shave cream. It doesn't dry out before you finish and it doesn't clog the blades like plain soap would. I DON'T LIKE that it doesn't seem to last long. To be fair, I've noticed this with other moisturizing soaps, I presume from the moisturizer. So what I do is press the small remnants together and use it for hand soap and thus significantly reduce my use of plastic bottled hand soap ( which I do keep for guests). I'm a single male in a single household, so I realize it's easier for me to do.
