Some of the extended batteries are not compliant with TSA regulations, therefore, not suitable for airline travel. Please see your user manual for more details.

    • I turned the scooter on, but it won’t budge or go / or the joystick makes a beeping sound. What should I do? - There is a red latch on each rear tire. If you hear a beeping sound, you need to pull those latches up. After turning the wheelchair off and back on again, the sound should be gone.
    • How to recline and incline the backrest? - The wheelchair can be reclined by either the joystick or the remote control. For the joystick, press and hold the recline button for 2 seconds. The P1 writing will appear on the joystick LED screen, and from there, movements of backwards and forward with the joystick will control the recline. To recline with the remote control, pressing the recline button will incline the backseat, and the trigger button on the bottom will raise the backseat.
    • When the battery is discharged, how can I incline the wheelchair? - What you need to do is unscrew the piston at the back of the backrest so that the wheelchair is out of auto-recline mode.
