The description said I was buying 60 bracelets but I only received 20. So why did I only receive 20? I have it on my phone where it says 60 bracelets not 20. So either send me some money back or send me 40 bracelets. Over and over I have issues… not receiving my package, the item being damaged, now this where I read I was buying 60 bracelets and you only send me $20.
