Instruction:
The first method: 1. Open the package and draw 1-2ML of canine venous blood.
2. Pipette 3 drops of whole blood into S with a dropper. Take another drop of dilution to add to S.
3. Wait 15 minutes for the result to be read.
The second method (test):
1. Draw 1-2ML of canine venous blood. The was extracted by centrifugation at 4000 for 15 minutes.
2. Take 2 drops of with a dropper and add it to the sample hole of the detection card.
3. Wait 15 minutes for the result to be read.
Interpretation of results:
The first test is 20 days after breeding, i.e. 25±2 days. If there are two lines in the detection area, that is, the C/T lines both display red lines.
If the first test is within 25±2 days, and a line appears in the test area, it is to determine whether you are pregnant, and a second test should be carried out after a one-week interval. If a line is still displayed, it is not pregnant.
For example, after 30 days, a second test is required. When two lines are displayed, you are pregnant.
Interpretation tips:
Because of the differences between individual female animals, the initial content of the fertilization factor released by the uterus after conception is slightly different, so some dogs release it later, so it is necessary to pass a second test to determine whether it is really pregnant.
