Comprehensive carburetor rebuild kit for the Arctic Cat 400, the larger-displacement sibling of the Arctic Cat 300 that established Arctic Cat as a serious contender in the utility ATV market. The 400 uses a Suzuki-supplied 376cc air-cooled SOHC 4-valve engine — the same engine platform that Suzuki later used in the Eiger 400 and KingQuad 400. The 82.0mm bore and 71.2mm stroke create an oversquare design that provides a broader powerband than the undersquare 280cc engine in the Cat 300. Arctic Cat offered the 400 in three configurations: the 4x4 with Duramatic automatic CVT (1998-2000), the 2x4 with 5-speed manual transmission (1999-2001), and a 4x4 with manual transmission (2001). All models share the same Mikuni BST-type 31mm CV carburetor. The Arctic Cat chassis provided full independent suspension at all four corners and hydraulic disc brakes throughout — features the Suzuki Eiger 400 wouldn't receive until years later. Kit includes all O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, and float valve with NBR rubber for ethanol resistance.
