Solved my foot pain!
Works great!! Sticks to the ball of your foot without difficulty. Reusable and washes easily with mild soap and water. Easy to place in the right spot on your foot, unlike pads that stick to the inside of your shoe. The picture shows incorrect placement of the pad. It should be placed lower on the ball of the foot.

These pads were to hard for my foot. My foot has some issues and it put more pressure on the ball of my foot. Could not use but might work fine for someone else.
