Complete dual carburetor rebuild kit for the 2006-2013 Kawasaki KVF650 Brute Force 650 4x4i. The Brute Force 650 was produced for eight model years as Kawasaki's mid-range performance utility ATV, positioned between the single-cylinder Brute Force 300 and the flagship 749cc Brute Force 750. The 633cc 90-degree V-twin inherently produces smooth, vibration-free power due to the balanced firing order. Twin Keihin CVKR-D32 downdraft carburetors with snorkel air intake positioned high on the frame provide clean air even in dusty or wet conditions. The KAPS CVT enables the engine to operate in its optimal RPM range regardless of speed. Common carburetor issues on V-twin models include uneven running between cylinders from mismatched wear, ethanol-degraded O-rings, and varnished jets from seasonal storage. This kit restores both carburetors to factory specification simultaneously. NBR rubber resists ethanol-blended fuels.
