It is literally Coconut oil it it rubs into your skin and it doesn't feel gross or greasy. I also use it for my hair, a couple times a week after I shower? I put some in the palm of my hand and rub it in my hair, leaving it in while I dry off and then I towel dry my hair, it is awesome.
