Great bed

The Tokyo Bronze metal bed frame was just what we expected it to be. It was actually very sturdy and easy to put together. My daughter and I had it unpacked and completely put together in less than an hour. Assembly Tips: Remember to not tighten anything completely until the final last step. Also, when adding the bed slats, line them up with the slots first then drop them into place. If you place one end then the other, the slat will not go in the space. The plastic tabs securing the slats have a wide section and a narrow part above the push in clip. The narrow side goes down. Keep the tools they send to put it together. My experience with other metal bed frames is that the bolts will (over the course of a couple of years) work loose and need to be tightened. I'm waiting to see if this bed does the same. It was shipped quickly and arrived on time.

Worth waiting for

On a tight budget, but wanted an attractive, durable bed. (They are so expensive) Read reviews of other people's experiences for this one and decided this might be the right one for me, too. The instruction booklet was accurate in its depiction of parts (except for putting on the nuts) and sequence for putting it all together. The issue with the nuts was that in the drawing, it looked as though the nut was supposed to go onto the bolt with the plastic ring end first. I had a heck of a time with 2 bolts/nuts before I asked my father for advice. The drawing is in error. The flat end of the nut goes first, and the plastic ring serves to keep it tightly in place. Other than that teensy glitch, everything went smoothly. My queen size mattress fits perfectly. The bed is rock solid stable. Love it. Have already recommended it to a friend.

Comfy, better than expected

Assembling this bed took some time, but other than that it was a piece of cake. overall, it arrived earlier than stated and is probably one of the better bed frames I've owned. it's higher up and the design of the frame is beautiful. my dog and I give it a 5.
