Our 2-piece acrylic sheet set is perfect for all your creative and practical projects. Each sheet measures 24 inches by 48 inches with a thickness of 1/8 inch (3 mm). We also offer a wide selection of other sizes and thicknesses to perfectly suit your specific needs.
Made from high-quality PMMA material through a precision casting process, these sheets are incredibly strong yet lightweight. They boast 100% MMA purity for exceptional impact resistance and are much harder to break than ordinary materials. Weighing only about 2.1 kg per sheet, they are significantly lighter than glass of the same size, making them easy to handle, transport, and install.
Enjoy superior clarity with over 90% light transmission, offering better transparency than standard glass. The surface is ultra-clear, free from haze, fogging, or scratches, making it ideal for display signs and high-end crafts. Both sides are protected by a film that should be removed before use. These sheets are also waterproof, impact-resistant, and can withstand exposure to various weather conditions and substances.
They are incredibly easy to work with using common manual or power tools. You can effortlessly cut them to your desired size and shape, drill clean holes, or use them with laser cutters. For best results with laser cutting, we recommend a power setting of 200-400W and a speed of 1000-2000 mm/min to prevent melting or scorch marks.
