ive used Ionic Fizz for 18 years for strong bones, calcium absorption Vitamins D and K and for sleeping. The D-K one is the best. ut theyre all good. I find orange vanilla to be the best tasting.

Favorite!

Love this brand! Always end up going back to it after experimenting with others. Ingredients are incredible - full of necessary vitamins and minerals and quality magnesium. Love how they combined vit D+K (they enhance each other!). Packaging and taste is great. Yes it's on the sweeter side, but there's no actual sugar used so nothing to worry about. I take one heaping scoop before bed and it definitely helps ease my body and mind.

This one I keep coming back to. It has been helping me sleep and helping with my cramps. I have been taking extra doses, since I have a 32 ounce bottle I fill up.
