I have spent significantly more on RC cars in the past that were not as good as this one. This car is a great value and works as well as expected. This is a gift I purchased for my nephew who will be visiting in a few weeks and I am expecting that he will have a great time playing with it. I had no issue driving this on wood floors or carpet, I did not test it outside. The controller is easy to use and this car is expected to be a great source of entertainment.
