Does the job

I have a tower on one corner of my home, and fly three flags (Stars and Bars, Stars and Strips, and State of Virginia (Sic Semper Tyrannous). The flag on this pole seems to do better at not getting wrapped around the pole..

Would Recommend to Friend, But

I like the spinning pole and the mount, individually. However, the diameter of the opening in the mount is about 1/16 inch too large for the pole, so the pole wobbles around even with the set screw tightened. The only real fix for the problem is a shim between the pole and the mount. I made one from a piece of 3/4 inch PVC pipe, but it wasn't easy. It required enlarging the inside diameter of the PVC pipe and reducing the outside diameter. I did this by spinning the PVC pipe and holding sandpaper against it, so it took an hour or so. It is a tight fit on the pole and a loose fit in the mount, so the shim stays on the pole when I take the flag down, and it works fine. Too bad Annin didn't check this out before they put the combination together.
