From a professional baker perspective, those tools are amazing! Easy to use and the results are fantastic. The cutting blade is very precise on my sweet and savory pie dough. Fun With Pasta!!
The handles feel very comfortable in my hands and allow for a gentle but solid grip, the wheels roll smoothly and are actually fun to use. I am looking forward to some experimentation with these in the near future. They are also very light weight which is nice if one is making a large batch of pasta. The side of the box has a description of each tool in English on one side and French on the other. Otherwise they are pretty self explanatory.
