My daughter just had surgery %26 was constipated from her pain medicine and not eating a good diet %26 chocolate laxative didn't do it after 24 hours, stool softeners after 12 more and she was drinking water with both walking around our back yard and laying on a heating pad. So I went %26 got this %26 she drank half because your only supposed to drink half as an adult PLEASE READ MEASUREMENTS FOR AGE %26 a 8-12oz bottle of water. So I gave her that %26 water she guzzled both because the laxative had her dehydrated %26 in 15-20 mins it started %26 kept happening all day, she woke up twice %26 it happened again this morning I'm so glad she's off today. But safe to say the 5 days she didn't poop it's all out now %26 she feels better! 10/10 recommend AND TRY IT FIRST %26 keep a bottle in the medicine cabinet!

Works great and so fast! Due to my prescribed medications, I suffer from chronic constipation and this is the only remedy that works well for me and trust me when I tell you that I've tried just about everything out there. I read somewhere that it starts to work between 30 minutes and 6 hours, for me, it took about 3 1/2 hours but you have to drink it all down, you can't sip on it or else it won't work. Plus, to avoid dehydration, drink a full glass of water immediately after drinking this and make sure that you're close to a bathroom. It's not bad, though, it tastes just like a grape soda!
