I've tried other belts but this one is the best so far. Unlike other belts that has uncomfortable and cumbersome hooks, this one has a large and long velcro area that is easier to take on and off and it holds firm and steady.  It is well made and comfortable even when wearing it all day or during a work out.  Not only does it train my waist, it also helps with my lower back and straightens up my posture.  Great product.
