Electronic ign. Multi fuel cell adapters.

The multi fuel cell options are a game changer. You can use small backpackers canisters, 1 pound tanks, torch canister and 20 pound tanks. The 7 copper burners deliver even heating and fast performance with the variable supply control valve. Electronic lighter and long supply hose makes even more convenience. No fuel tank on your work area. Just set the tank at the end of the almost 6 ft hose and set it away from your cooking area.

You know the electronic pizzio lighter DID NOT...

work or spark at all, and when have they ever worked? I got my first Primus backpack stove in appx 1972 up to buying a Jetboil in 2009. I've had pretty much every type of Coleman big and little. I always consider pizzio electronic lighters one of the poorest inventions in history and avoid them. I thought this design and stove look cool and user friendly so I got it. I think it's worth the price but maybe shouldn't be your main gear. It came in a box with the unit in no plastic bag, so the stove is exposed to elements during shipping but the adapters and hose were in a plastic bag. The gas hose is adequate and protected by a metal sheath covering. The adapters all screwed into the hose as should, you'll need to push the gas line into the stove opening to seat the gaskets before you tighten it. The adapter screwed easily into a 1 lb propane canister. The open close valve is a little bit awkward attached to the canister when we're all used to the open close valve actually connected to the stove. Again the electronic lighter provided no spark so I turned on the valve and the stove readily lit with a Bic lighter and the heat output got hot and hotter as it should very quickly, and with all these type stoves you'll have to be careful not to scorch your food. The airflow functioned properly and my camp pan set firmly on the stove top . I think this stove will be ok for light use on picnics and around the campfire. Personal use on river trips and hunting camp. Be good to keep in your vehicle for emergencies or your cupboard supplies when the electricity goes out. I don't use or buy the butane cans anymore due to the environmental nightmare and refill my small propane bottles from a 20lb bulk. For $30 this stove is an ok buy, less than two big mac meals. I wouldn't recommend it for kids and I would always have alternative sources available. The storage bag is very thin and has a low quality zipper assembly that's days are numbered. I'm giving it 3 stars because you get what you pay for. Plan on adding a nice storage bag that will hold the stove along with a small propane bottle, Bic lighters and utensils. The stove will probably look smaller than it appears in the pictures and to whoever wrote the instructions we usually don't use the word "phenomenon" for a gas leak and "forbidden" for use inside a tent. Thanks for reading my reviews and happy camp cooking.
