I am really pleased with the product and support!

The product came as promised and the instructions were easy to follow. I installed the system in an afternoon with no issues. I watched a couple of Youtube videos which were excellent. About 3 months after I installed the systems there was an issue. I contacted their customer support and Sean responded and provided great support to pin point what the issue was. He stayed in contact with me via email through the whole process. If I had a question, he answered the same day. He had the parts shipped to me and stayed in contact until I had made the changes and made sure that I understood what needed to be done and what to do if there was an issue. I can't say enough about the customer support. I will surely purchase their other products going forward. And yes, the water is pure! Taste great!

Almost 70% of your body is the water you drink.

We have a cistern. Live in the country. Have course whole house filter before water heater (GE brand). This iSpring RO was installed by my husband in less than 90 minutes! Instructions were complete and easy to follow. Changing stages 1-3 takes less than 10 minutes. Replacement filters are pennies on the dollar compared to bottled water. Tastes great! Ice %26 water at refrigerator is contaminant free, crisp, and tastes like water should...nothing! We are all drinking almost twice as much water as before. Tell me that's not healthier.
