Hybrid mattress

Purchased this mattress for a family member. He weighs about 165. He says the mattress is not a very firm mattress. It does have some give, and he has been waking up with a slight backache every night so far. Slept on it for four nights. He does not experience any “cooling “ effect. The mattress seems well-made and the shipping was fast. It was well packaged and easy to open with the included plastic cutting tool. YMMV. My family member will try a few more nights, if not happy with it we'll decide either to return or give it to someone else. In our opinion, If you're looking for a very firm mattress, this will not be it. I would say that it is a medium firm to a firm mattress.
