Short bursts instead of scrolling

I'm an artistic person who wanted something to read besides scrolling through my phone while riding public transit and during breaks at work. This is perfect for that as you can read in short bursts. It has plenty of visuals to hold my interest too. I'm not naturally drawn to reading super long books with no visuals. I haven't finished it yet, but so far so good. The "stealing" aspect the book is alluding to is really "inspiration" that it's referring to in my opinion. Still, an interesting read.

Where does creativity come from

This book explains the basics of creativity, and how to expand on it. Nothing is new under the sun, so why not steal it, change it, and make a version of an idea that you can call your own. A very entertaining book, easy to read and understand, and motivates you to try harder. A must "read" for anyone in the business of creativity.. musicians, writers, painters, photographers... anyone.

It is inspiring not just for painting but also writing. Everyone's different so I can't say it will inspire everyone but it definitely inspires me!
